Botanist Buzz Cocktail
A sophisticated cocktail that brings together the unique flavours of yuzu, honey, citrus and fresh herbs. Create this long drink at home easily, letting the complexities of the flavours do the hard work. A little bit of sweet and a little bit of sour make this a balanced cocktail with some brilliantly distinctive flavours.
Ingrédients
- 125ml Fentimans Oriental Yuzu Tonic Water
- 25ml Supasawa
- 25ml Gin
- 15ml Monin Honey Syrup
- Garnish with sage and a slice of lemon
MÉTHODE
- Add ice to a long glass.
- Pour in 25ml gin.
- Add in 25ml Supasawa.
- Pour in 15ml Monin Honey Syrup, and gently stir to combine.
- Top up with 125ml Fentimans Oriental Yuzu Tonic Water.
- Cut a slice of lemon to garnish, with a sprig of sage.
