National Customer Service Week

National Customer Service Week is a week- long opportunity to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays in organisations.  This week, we held a range of activities across the week putting the spotlight on Customer service generally and within Fentimans. 

On Tuesday, Phil, our Customer Service Manager interviewed Claire, our Sales Director to gain her perspective on Customer Service.  On Wednesday, we explored the customer perspective and on Thursday, we held a fun quiz.

Overall, a really productive week celebrating customer service and the positive impact that it has on us.
