Our Walkabout Wednesday concept has been developed to encourage further collaboration across the organisation. Each Wednesday, team members are encouraged to move from their usual desk location to another in the building, so that they are surrounded by a different mix of people from other departments. We’re seeing the benefit of people building broader working relationships and getting to know each other better.
Over the coming months, our monthly theme will focus on one of Fentimans iconic flavours celebrated with a themed lunch. Today’s theme was Ginger Beer and the team created a delicious ginger themed lunch with a beautiful Ginger Bread house as their centrepiece. Well done to everyone involved!
